I think reading is a huge source of nourishment.
I'm reading Eboo Patel's wonderful book, Acts of Faith, Deb Reinstra's fine book, Worship Words and Mary Oliver's Why I Wake Early.Jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04107175348265816279noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3545355.post-37089062096978737362010-10-26T00:23:26.441+01:002010-10-26T00:23:26.441+01:00I think you nailed it on the head. I've had many accidental late nights from not being able to put down a good book. But it does also seem to get the creative juices flowing again, as though my mind's eye has been reawakened. Sorry for mixing my metaphors :)Beccanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3545355.post-88999098898987976742010-10-25T22:46:19.312+01:002010-10-25T22:46:19.312+01:00I'm trying to more as well...but today, althou...I'm trying to more as well...but today, although I am laying around doing almost nothing due to a head cold, I also can't read because my glasses annoy my stuffy head. sigh...

I think you make a good point, really hard to increase our word intake and usage if we aren't supply the nutrients...Terrihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15667178624061122421noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3545355.post-42208021376108948692010-10-25T22:25:12.980+01:002010-10-25T22:25:12.980+01:00I'm recommending I Capture the Castle to every...I'm recommending I Capture the Castle to everyone. It's the poetry, the fiction andnon-fiction, humorous and other, the cookbooks, the travel books that I miss. Sometimes I feast, and then sometimes there is famine. In one now, until I finish some hard but good required reading.Sarahnoreply@blogger.com
